<p>En squash er et bær, der også kan kaldes en courgette eller<br>en zucchini der findes i to typer: Dels en sommersquash <br>og en vintersquash. En sommersquash har normalt grønne<br>eller gule frugter,  men de findes også i andre farver. <br><br>Vintersquash har en anden slags skal og en anden smag <br>og kan opbevares i betydeligt længere tid, men bruges på<br>samme måde. Squash er en ingrediens i den franske grønsagsret<br> ratatouille,  men kan også bruges i wok eller skives på langs og grilles.<br><br>Køkkenet kalder.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredienser:(2 pers)</strong>   <br>1 stk. Squash, pæn størrelse <br>1 stk. løg, stort <br>1 spsk. Smør/olie <br>300 g oksekød, hakket <br>1 spsk. Tomatpure, koncentreret <br>½ tsk. basilikum, tørret <br>1 tsk. oregano, tørret <br>1 spsk. Creme fraiche18% <br>Salt og peber <br>2 spsk. Rasp <br>15 – 20 g Mozzarella <br>Skær squashen igennem på langs</p>

<p>Tilsæt oksekød og lad det tage farve<br>Kom tomatpuré, squashkød, hakket basilikum og oregano på panden <br>Steg det et par minutter ved stærk varme, så væden fordamper <br>Træk panden fra varmen, lad det køle lidt <br>Tilsæt creme fraichen og smag til med salt og peber</p>

<p>Sæt fadet i en forvarmet ovn ved 225 gr ca. 20 min. <br>Til osten er smeltet og squashene er møre. <br>Serveres med flutes eller kuvertbrød. <br>Det er tid til servering.</p>
