<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En gammel klassisk dansk gæstemiddag kunne være denne  <br>”bøf à la mode” Tilberedt af oksetyksteg og grøntsager som små <br>perleløg og karotter eller tournerede gulerødder og med en god kartoffelmos. <br><br>Der ud over er retten tilsat rødvin og smagt til med allehånde og laurbærblade <br>det meste af retten kan forberedes i god tid, så der kun skal bruges<br>en times tid til sidst. Oksetyksteg <br>100 g røget spæk i tynde skiver <br>Allehånde, <br>sort peber og salt <br><br><strong>Marinade:</strong> <br>½ fl. Rødvin <br>150 g løg <br>150 g gulerødder <br>1 stængel blegselleri <br>1 fed hvidløg <br><br><strong>Krydderbuket:</strong> <br>2 stk. laurbærblade <br>1 bdt. Persille <br>1 kvist timian <br><br><strong>Endvidere:</strong> <br>1 glas Cognac <br>2 spsk. Smør <br>2 spsk. Mel <br>2½ – 3 dl. Bouillon <br>¼ dl. Tomatkoncentrat <br><br><strong>Tilbehør:</strong> <br>250 g tournerede gulerødder <br>250 g perleløg <br>1½ kg kartoffelmos <br><br>Start med at fint snitte urterne til marinaden</p>
